What to write to us about
- an error or an outdated statement in a description;
- a remark on how a product is presented;
- a request to cover something the page leaves out.
What to write to the seller about
We sell nothing, we ship nothing and we have no view of the status of an order. Delivery, the amount to be paid, returns and complaints are handled by the distributor, the same party whose consultant called you after the form was sent. Keep the date of the order and the number you were called from at hand for that conversation.
If the amount named by the courier differs from the one agreed on the phone, you may refuse to accept the parcel. That costs you nothing.

Medical questions
We give no health advice and do not judge whether a given preparation fits a particular situation. Such questions belong to a doctor or a pharmacist, above all when medicines are taken regularly.
